The Men Behind Hitler

The Beamter System of Germany today is not much different from the Third Reich. It only doesn't have Adolf Hitler on top and it had to stop the mass extermination, thanks to Allied Forces' intervention.

The Book, "The Men Behind Hitler" exposes the ills of a perverted society and culture that was designed to make people sick.

The book describes:

The Third Reich is usually looked upon as a monolithic state, a pyramid structure with Hitler at the top followed by the administrative machinery of government and its subordinate organisations, which form a wide basis, the whole system unified and dynamic. In actual fact, the Third Reich was a system of agencies, departments and branches of government all in competition with each other. All endeavoured to play each other off against each other for reasons of prestige, in order to win the favour of the Führer or to increase their power. Hitler himself issued different versions of the same order to keep his subordinates divided and in competition with each other. This way there was less chance of their becoming dangerous to him.

But, Hitler only used a system that the Germans already knew very well how to milk. The Verbeamtungsystem (governmental tenure system) in Germany is constructed on the same type of pyramidal infamy of the Third Reich. The Master Race preponderant all over in public office, and the nepotism hasn't been modified in the minimum, since its infamous inception. The governmental tenure is always limited to a number of privileged individuals, an elite that is in power and use it for their own benefit, until they get caught.

The elite manages, controls and forces whole masses of people into dysfunction, with no revisionary process upon them, and no overseeing agency to assure the legitimacy of their activities. With cases mounting at the local and supreme courts, that arbitrarily take extremely long periods to solve the simplest processes in the matters of abuse of power or human rights violations by those in office, the German people end up losing control and become implacably trapped in the chaos of a bureaucracy that is only apparently chaotic, but in reality only reflects the fascist nature it carries on since its very inception.
